In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 12 hours. Simply send a photo of both the box and the damaged product to sales@BigBloomsAustralia.com.au within 12 hours. This allows us to assess the situation promptly and work out a solution.
Once we review your case, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process. If your return is approved, you’ll have the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement item. We want to offer you solutions that best suit your needs.
